CCTV Inspection for Pipelines
EA Services Inc. provides closed circuit television inspection (CCTV) for pipelines inspection and drains inspection. CCTV inspection services and pipe monitoring allow operators to localize and pinpoint problems such as cracks, breaks, sags, and obstructions in metal, concrete, plastic, and fiberglass pipelines.
Using state-of-the art robotic crawlers and CCTV inspection cameras with real-time imaging, operators can investigate unexplained flow conditions, inspect pipe walls and liners, locate lost line valves, examine valve conditions, assess internal corrosion of metallic pipes, and inspect leak areas to assist repair planning, all without costly shutdown or dewatering.

Water Jetting Services
High pressure water jetting (or hydro jet cleaning) is an industrial pipe cleaning method effective for removing grease, sludge and other deposits that have built up over time around the inside of pipes and sewer lines. While other pipe cleaning services remove blockages from the center of pipes, pipe water jetting services clean residue along the inside lining of the pipes.
High-pressure water jetting is a perfect choice for cleaning process drains, totes, closed head drums, water well screens, ducts, evaporator tubes and exhaust stacks. Pipe water jetting can remove and flush polymers, coke, coatings and latex - anything that is clogging tubes or pipes 2” or larger. When used with centralizers, high pressure water jetting will clean pipes from 3” to 12” in diameter, and can handle straight tubes as tight as 2.25” in diameter.

Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP) Services
Cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP) is a trenchless, cost-effective pipe rehabilitation method for aging and deteriorating pipe systems that removes the need for costly excavations. The cured-in-place pipe provides a jointless, seamless, pipe-within-a-pipe for repairing pipes ranging in diameter from 6"-110".
EA Services Inc. CIPP process installs an epoxy resin-saturated liner throughout the pipe using an existing access point and cures the pipe in place using an ambient or heat curing process. The result is a new pipe-within-a-pipe with structural strength and a smooth internal surface that improves flow and extends the service life of your pipe.
